The Producers deconstructed the clichés of frat-party rock and crafted a new sound: sparse, bouncy, and danceable. They cranked on tightly-arranged power-pop masterpieces, bringing them to the masses by the popularity of MTV at the time.

Still one of my favorite 1980s pop bands, this album will have you tapping your feet, then bobbing your head and finally jumping the pogo!
